The equipment we use is a Willtek 4107s, this is the same equipment as used by service centres. Who have to use equipment as recommended by the manufacture they carry out warranty work for, eg Nokia, etc

The test equipment, will check Signal Strength and Quality of a handset, while also doing a keypad and audio test. Once completed a test report can be printed, for your or your customers records.

Refurbishment

We Refurbish all types of handsets, using original facias and parts.

Our Refurbishment process involves: Unlocking and reflashing the handset to the latest software version. So the handset is upto-date, and cleaned from previous users Settings and Data.

Testing the handset making sure that it works fully and properly. Using Willtek Test Equipment.
Cleaning the handset, removing dust, etc

Replacing the housing with Genuine New Parts (Where possible - or Grade A parts)
